Except for commercial vehicles, winter tires are not obligatory for passenger vehicles unless the governorship or district governorship mandates them, so a fee is charged for our customers who request extra. The free chain is provided with every rental.
If the vehicle is not left in accordance with the rental conditions, the car wash/hairdresser service fee will be deducted.
The cars shown here are exemplary for these groups. The brand and model of the vehicle to be rented are determined by the authorities as one of the vehicles included in the said group, according to the availability at the rental hour. For this reason, a definite brand or model commitment cannot be made.

Yes, our customers whose name is mentioned as "driver/additional driver" in the car rental contract can deliver the car after the rental.
Vehicles are not rented with mileage points in their rentals. You can use the mileage campaigns available in car rentals and use the miles you earn at the airline companies within the scope of the campaign.
Depending on the availability, you can get support from our branches regarding the change of vehicle delivery date. You can make your vehicle delivery day by visiting our branches a maximum of 2 times during your rental.

We deliver our vehicles to full warehouse. In case of sending with missing fuel, the fuel filling service fee and the missing fuel amount are collected from our customers.
We have an age and license limit for each vehicle group you choose. Young Driver Package raises the age criteria set for that vehicle to a higher vehicle group. If your driving license is sufficient but your age group does not meet the specified criteria, you can use the Young Driver Package written daily.
In case the vehicle is to be rented or delivered at a different point than the specified stations, a one-way fee is applied. Costs arise due to vehicle fleet changes. At the same time, since the rental price is not the same at each station, there is a one-way fee application.
For paid reservations at the office, you can cancel until the vehicle pickup time. Preferably, we ask you to inform first. For paid reservations, you have the right to cancel free of charge until 1 hour before vehicle purchase (except for special occasions such as holidays etc.). Refunds are provided within a maximum of 10 working days.
Limited mileage is applied in your rentals. You can do a maximum of 3,000 km in a rental. Exceeding mileage will be charged as 5 TL/km. We have a daily km limit in our Erzurum and Kuşadası branches. You can get detailed information from our branches or call center.
During the use of the tool, no extras can be added apart from the inventories in line with the availability. (While additional products such as child seats, Wi-Fi etc. can be added, services such as insurance and LCF cannot be added during the rental or at the end of the rental due to the possibility of abuse. Likewise, in case of extra KM, additional mileage package cannot be added at the end of the rental, 5 TL/km is applied per kilometer.)

In case of disease / pandemic conditions, you will be notified of the procedures to be applied if you specify the subject to the office where you bought the vehicle.
One-way application is not available in all our branches. However, in cases that do not disrupt the operation, you can return your vehicle from our branch in a different location if you accept the one-way fee difference and the approval of our branch representative.
